Bought a house in 2020. Looked beautiful… from afar. Being an out of state buyer I couldn’t track quality of work being done and I arrived to do the walkthrough 10 mins before I had to be at closing. The Poorest craftsmanship I have ever seen on almost every aspect of the build. Over time I notice more and more and just shake my head. Me and the couple of neighbors that were built by them, continue to say when talking about issues with our houses now basically can just laugh and say “Yeah, they are Medalist houses what do you expect.” All of us have problems. I have 25 years in the trades and it’s just subpar work on every level. It’s really a shame looking back. Luckily property values went thru the roof so I’m still ahead which is my only saving grace. We had our home built by Medalist in 2018. Jeremy and his team made it so easy. They were always available to answer questions and accommodate minor changes throughout the process. We are very happy with the quality of our home and would not hesitate to use them again.

After viewing a few homes they had under construction, we found a project they had just started with the perfect lot and model with the right floor plan for us. We bought a new home from Medalist in 2020 and love it. Very modern and clean design and solid construction. There are always things you want to customize about your house but they did an excellent job of creating a beautiful home. After purchase the team was very helpful with any questions or issues that arose.
