I worked very close with Barbara from MEB Realty on our closing together. She was on the ball with all the inspections and was very professional and so nice to work with! It was due to her hard work and dedication to her job that we were able to close early. Which the clients were ecstatic about being able to close early and move into their dream home even earlier then they though. I can’t wait to work with you again on another loan!

I have to change my rating for MEB Realty. I have been paying a management fee every month even when the property has not been leased out. Beware. My home was listed at $2500 per month and because I knew the couple leasing it and negotiated $2600 instead of the $2800 this company feels I should be paying commission on the $2800 instead of the $2600. If I did not do that they would have look for a different property. I personally didn't blame them. I wanted this couple knowing that they would take excellent care of my home. Another note: I am responsible for the Utilities. Don't let them fool you into thinking, it's better not cancel the Utilities than have the tenants pay. When you do that the company is getting commission on the Utilities also. Let the tenants pay the Utilities or
