Ridiculous that the leasing office is making residents pay a fee for using checks to pay for rent. You would think if a check was submitted on time, and THEY cashed it in late, that would not be the resident’s problem. Ridiculous way of handling turnover in management. Would not recommend even giving this place a try.

I loved here for 50+ years now, the management has changed a few times in the last year however the new management Demetria & Deztiny are the most friendliest and nicest people. They throughly help with any assistance needing from the tenants and the community can really say we are happy with living here due to the upflowing work ethic’s and value they had bought us today. Thank you so much !

The management is so unprofessional they changed the name of the company owns over a million times because of management complaints. Make sure you get copies of everything you sign with them because the will lose your paper work quick you can not trust them. All the do is complain about how many people they have when you come in with an issue when it’s their job to help you and make sure things get done right. They lost my application almost 3 times and told me I never had one. Pay attention to everything they do and say. They are so evil and I just can’t believe how careless they are of people applying for assistance to live. It’s their JOB to help you get all the information you ask of them they shouldn’t rush you.

They treat you with a commitment to making you feel comfortable and special.Maintenance employees seem to know there stuff and are courteous and willing to hear your concerns.All staff as far as I'm concerned deserve any ones Patriotism.. Keep up the good work,and Thanks.
