In my five years of living there, I have called city inspectors twice and had them come in. Witnessed multiple floodings through multi floors pest control repeatedly with quarterly inspections. Change in management staff three times. HOWEVER, WITH friends, family and personal showings , along with floor plans, I will state that if your looking for space, closet 4 + a walk in and convenience to stores it is the 1st place compllex 700sqf. 2ndTrail Creek 600Sqf, 3rdVilla West 500sqf, 4thMonroe Plaza-cracker jack boxes 400sqf. I've physically seen all 4. If your concern is privacy and away from the bustle then Villa West with it all split up into 8-plexes throughout properties, not just the whole complex going in-n-out 1 maybe 2 door with gossip, rumors and peoples BS.
