Meadows II Apartment Homes

Been here for 4 months. While rent is up, it’s up everywhere. It’s a very quiet area with lots of trees and a nice breeze, little pool, and nice neighbors. The issues I’ve had were dealt with within a couple hours and completely resolved. While Neil isn’t the nicest of places in Reno, I feel safe and cared for here.

Toured one of the apartments today and looking forward to touring another one in a couple of weeks. The office was so friendly and enthusiastic about the place, it didn't feel like a stuffy formal apartment tour but rather like a genuine invitation to live and enjoy the residence. The unit itself was pretty clean and had an interesting set up, and the grounds were well kept and quiet. Hope to move in soon!

Stay away! Please find anywhere else in Reno to rent. The units reek of cigarettes and mold. I know housing rates are up everywhere in town but these units are filthy for the price you pay. No work orders ever get done either. Ever since the new manager Kim took over the place has fallen apart. Take your money elsewhere!

The apartment is a lil cookie cutter but the management is fantastic. The neighbors are friendly and helpful but not very noisy. It’s a lil haven in busy Reno. Centrally located, gym and even a Hot tub included.

Infested with roaches and bedbugs. Manager refuses to fox anything as well as going through people's outdoor closets! Nastiest over priced place on the area... Alder Creek was way better
