I called to get details about an apartment, and the person in the office was very short and rude on the phone. She seemed as if I was bothering her to gather information on the apartment. Not sure if you want someone like this to continue to answer the phone. It may turn customers away. I am extremely turned off. On to the next.
It's an OK place to live. Not all that well kept up.
