Meadows Apartments

Moved in around beginning of October and so far so good except a few “holy and I’m better than you” types of neighbors. But whatever, I don’t live my life caring about other people. The apartment is nice and updated and honestly a good deal for me and my gf’s income. We have a 1 bedroom on the second floor and it’s very spacious. There is no elevator so moving in wasn’t super convenient but if you have some extra friends to help then it takes roughly a full day to get everything up and inside. Seems pretty chill and safe, and close to the freeway in case you work further away. I love it so far and have really made this place our home.

Lived here for a year when I was new in town. Buildings are new, i'll give credit for that. But other than that, the complex is not secure, I've had packages lost/stolen. People prowl the parking lots and windows at night ( I was on a ground floor so I couldn't even keep windows or doors open at night ) Management didn't seem to care. They didn't even bother to shovel or plow the parking lot during winter - I missed three days of work because they couldn't figure out how to call a truck to plow a few inches of snow. Also, you had to pay for their "valet" trash service but then the garbage would still just pile up in the parking lot! Never had any actual issues with the management, but I did have to pay a ridiculous "cleaning fee" of hundreds of dollars when I moved out even though I spent

If I could give this apartment zero stars I most definitely would. Having this be my first apartment that I have ever rented, was my worst experience that I’ve ever had. Just because it’s a new complex, updated appliances and pleasing to the eye, means absolutely nothing. I don’t even know where to begin about this apartment. There is only three visitor spots, there is no security around the complex, and good luck trying to get ahold of a staff member. Only ONE leasing manager located in a half size bedroom as the office does not make it for a healthy environment to work in. For the price you pay, you get no amenities whatsoever. I've lived here for the past 8 months, the apartments are new so they are nice, but there is not enough parking. No parking on any of the side streets they have no parking signs. The manager said that providing parking for there tenants is not a law, so basically not their problem.They have been saying they are working on a parking plan for these past eight months. So if you wanna live here plan on parking across the street at Wal-Mart or something cause your car will get towed.Even on the weekend when they are closed.

Much better than their sister community. It is quiet and clean and very nice overall. I have not had anything negative to say and that doesn't happen often. Ladies in the office are extremely helpful and very prompt. The apartments are just the way new apartments should be. Great job Meadows at Martha Lake!
