Meadowood Park

My father lived here for several years, They draft the rent on the 6th.... We were told. But when it came time for him to move out , they drafted it on the 1st, Then i'm told it can be thirty days before you get your money back. They were told a week ahead of time he would be moving out. I called and told them not to draft it that he was not living there anymore. They did keep a cleaning fee which is a normal thing to do. But 30 days on a refund on a draft that was not supost to be drafted is a bit suspicious and shity on thier behalf. They know these people are on a fixed income, And that $700 dollars is a lot of money( rent and half of deposit) Rent was around $642, its cheep for a reason!!!! And 30 days to refund it is total BS.
