Tatanisha is the best leasing manager I have encountered. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure her residents are taken care of. I really appreciate her help when I moved in and she's been great when I have needed anything fixed. The maintenance team here is top tier! They get the job done ASAP. I recommend 5+ stars.

I lived here for one year and although I loved the property manager, Tanisha, the standards of living here were absolutely unacceptable. I had to put in multiple trouble tickets for bugs and mold. which for the bugs they just came and sprayed and it did nothing but the mold Not only did I make a request for mold on the front door to be taken care of. They only came and scrubbed it clean then I started to notice on every vent inside of my apartment had mold growing on it Eventually, we just cleaned it with bleach, hoping that would end the problem because according to them, it was a humidity issue Until we went on vacation for two weeks Left the AC running because of the mold problem and came back to our entire closet ceiling covered in mold, along with the vents all Over again now, upon ad

Lived here for almost 2 years and pretty sad that we’re moving on from this place. For the most part my wife and I really enjoyed our time here. Jeff and Desiree are awesome and always helpful.. there have been plenty of times that I have seen Jeff out working in the rain, doing whatever needs to get done. Maintenance is always timely and helpful. The apartments are very nice on the inside and worth the price - granite and stainless steel appliances. Also very close to the interstates in order to get to NOB. Our only issues were 1) the visitors parking situation. A lot of the time it was hard to find spaces but understandable. And 2) my car was broken into a couple of months ago and I had some things stolen. We’ve also had problems with people stealing our packages off of the front porch

My husband and I really can't say enough good things about this complex. We have been here a year and 3 months and we are moving out today for a job in Washington. I can say that we are going to miss this place. It's the most homey apartment we have lived in and we have lived in a lot. Jeff is outstanding! He truely loves his job and it shows. He goes above and beyond and I feel like he is here all the time. Maintenance requests are fast, usually completed next day. They also keep you informed if they need to come back how long it will take. This place made it hard to choose our future apartment just because of how high the standards are here. I can only hope that are new apartment is just as good. If you choose to live here you won't regret it! Best apartment complex in the area hands dow
