Meadowlark Apartments

Pretty big place for the price. A/c works great and there’s no issue with anything else. Everyone’s says areas a bit sketch but I’ve had no issues. The biggest issue I had was mice. Management and maintenance were great at resolving the issue. They caulked every hole we asked for the put mesh covers on the floor vents haven’t seen one since. They’re great! they understand stuff happens as long as you communicate they’ll work with you. Overall really satisfied with our Apt.

We have been here about 2 1/2 years and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. Maintenance is great. Large 2 story apartments have lots of space and cost about the same as small apts at other complexes.

I’ve been living here for a year and I love it here. They’re always willing to help. They’re always on time specially when it comes to maintenance or anything they are nice. They’re friendly so I would highly recommend anyone come live here.

Very over priced for the neighborhood it's in and the fact you have to share your basement with a neighbor. YOU can rent a 2 bedroom home in riverside for the same price they want for their "townhouses"

I have lived here almost a year and honestly not a single complaint. Greg, the property manager is AMAZING! He goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly! When they say they have 24 hour emergency maintenance, they truly mean it. If there is an issue with anything, Tim and nick are there to fix it. Tim and Nick are absolutely amazing! Another huge positive is the security! There is a security guard who is constantly monitoring the property and they are very observant. Last but not least is I absolutely love how on point they are with pest control. They routinely spray and in the year I’ve been here, never have I seen a single roach in my apartment. No mice, nothing. This place is truly one of a kind. You just can’t go wrong living here.
