Meadowbrook Village Apartment

My girlfriend and I moved in October 1st and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Meredith was very helpful in finding us the best unit to fit our needs. The maintenance staff both Chris and Ed responded quickly to minor issues. The place is quiet and mellow to come home to. The neighbors are very nice both retired and professional workers. The grounds are well maintained and the grand kids love the playground and can't wait for the pool next summer. We searched the area for months before being directed to call Meredith and Hodges who offered us the best property we could find at a reasonable monthly rental rate.

Found Meadowbrook Village in 2022, when I was moving across the country for a new job in NH. One of the few traditional apartment complexes in the area, they had an opening that worked with my move schedule. Meredith was very responsive when I needed to contact her for maintenance and other issues. The price is absolutely reasonable for the area, and the location can't be beat. Very quiet area of town, convenient to everything.

I just wanted to say, I lived at meadowbrook vlg for 11 years, and it was a great place to live! Maintenance was on top of things, and the neighbors were kind. Meredith is a awesome property manager! I would highly recommend meadowbrook vlg!

Meadowbrook Village is a quiet community that I enjoyed living in for 2 years. It is affordable for the Upper Valley, and management and maintenance are very responsive and quick to make changes when needed. The residences are a bit on the dated side, but that doesn't make them any less enjoyable.

I am really loving it here! The people I've met are friendly. Meredith and Chris are wonderful! They are quick to respond to any question or request. Hodges Company is fortunate to have them.
