The ladies in the office did a amazing job I just want to say that . It’s not my first rodeo lol and other leasing companies have workers that just don’t care and are there to met a quota but these ladies showed they care .

Management isn’t clear or in par with what they tell the residents. You get attitude when you call and ask for help. Very disappointing on how they treat residents and their workers. Rent has gone up and they only changed a few things that needed fixing anyways. Not a great place to live you’re better off spending the same amount somewhere nicer and with better more considerate/professional management.

If you see it is getting better Be need to have more offices Over here . The new owner doing good things to make it . The owner 5stars 2thums up

Horrible service! Specially maintence and management. Appartently they dont have a manager you can speak with. Its been a month that my AC is not working. I did verbal communication first then a written letter. Now I open a case with the city of Houston and nothing hasnt been done. They said that a part has been order since foreever. I have kids at my house and they got heat rush from the heat. I had to buy out of pocket an window ac to survive. I cant reach any one from management since they all leave at 3pm and the office hour are supposed to be until 5pm. They never answer the phone and the office is always closed

went to the office and reported that the air conditioner did not work continuously for 3 months. and the women didn't even look at my face. they knew my apartment number but didn't come to fix it. the whole bulb broke in 3 months. must live in the dark and without air conditioning. Why are they still getting paid and not doing the right job?
