I should have known this would be an awful management company to deal with from the first day, when we arrived from Maryland to move in on our agreed upon move in date, scheduled 2 months prior. The supierintendent had forgotten, and told us we should have known he doesn't do move ins on weekends. He told us he hadn't realized the date we suggested was a weekend (again, he confirmed this date!) and suggested we wait (somewhere?? with our Uhaul we rented?) until Monday when he could come and give us the key. We ended up convincing him to come that day after multiple phone calls begging him to come on the date he agreed to. In the three years since, conditions have only worsened. This is undoubtedly the worst apartment I've ever lived in, and I've lived in many. We've completely given up on

Don't fall for 1 month free rent or other promotion they are giving! They give apartment key 2 weeks prior before my wove in date for free but at then end, since i stayed two days extra, they charged me for it. they are They will recover any promotion/offer as cleaning fee or other stuff written in contract. their windows takes wind to inside when there is average a wind, so u need to use heater/cooler always. It's water consist with lime so u can never have clean dish. not to mention very cheap appliance. not to mention their bad management attitude when u speak with them about this issue, this is what u get based on rent :)

The worst aparments that i ever lived.Very noisy, you can hear all sounds from outside and also from first floor. You will not recive your deposit back (charge you regardless of how clean you give it back ). Only stayed here for 1 year couldnt able to get out soon because of the lease. SAVE YOUR SELF AND DON'T RENT FROM HERE!!!!

Mike ghosted me after I told him I had an emotional support animal, lol. Real professional. Nowhere on their site does it say dogs aren’t allowed but we all know not allowing ESAs is illegal.

Decent apartment for the pricing they keep up with maintenance and cleaning especially during these times when they really matter
