I've been waiting to make this review. These apartments are filthy, disgusting, and completely run down. Move-in was a complete shock—dishwasher was broken, tub DID NOT DRAIN FOR A SECOND, washer was so full of mold that it was even in the detergent inlet, the range didn't work, the sink is held up with wooden boards, the last person's cat peed everywhere, etc. These are slumlord conditions and they aren't even capable of repairing anything properly. Avoid at ALL costs.
