I currently live here and I like it; it's a quiet and good area. The only downside is the Amazon packages being stolen from the doorstep. Several deliveries have already been taken from me. When I get home from work, they are gone. Be careful about this.

If I could do zero stars I would !! Visiting from out of state to see my best friend and there are literally so many cock roaches inside ! Its a health hazard ! Nobody should be expected to live under these conditions! Its cruel and inhumane. Not to mention its terribly unsafe. With neighbors having altercation throughout the night. Causing those nearby distress and literally praying for their lives.. the people who continue to reside are terrified to go out after these incidents occurred. Or always have to watch their back .

The water is constantly being turned off for a couple of hours at a time and it feels like it’s happening every other day! This is not ok. Having to wait to get my normal day to day tasks done because of the water being turned off is annoying. Cant take a shower or clean the house. It’s always in the middle of the day. Not being able to finish taking a shower because the water got shut off in the middle of it!

COCKROACH INFESTED APARTMENT I SHOULD SUE THIS PLACE IS SO GROSS DONT RENT HERE PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE DONT !!!!! I’m not just mad I’m pissed the place has been sprayed and bombed twice and I’m still seeing bugs help me !!!!!!

We lived here for a hot minute. We moved because we were being threatened eviction after we paid our rent. My husband called them and let them know we have receipts that we paid. They magically found our rent check the next morning before they even opened. When we moved out we set up a payment plan with them for the move out costs and paid part of it. 2 weeks go by and we get a letter from them threatening if we didn't pay the FULL amount (including the part we paid already) they would send it to collections. My husband called them in the morning the figure out what the problem was. The office staff was so rude to him to the point that once we got the information we needed, he hung up as to not cause a scene. They CALLED HIM BACK and started cussing him out and being super unprofessional.
