Since January, I have been staying in these apartments and I have not had the best experience. When I first moved in, I had a huge pest problem which concerned of roaches, ghats, and spiders. When I reached out to the property regarding pest control, they did not want to switch the company due to that company being cheaper than most industrial companies that can actually get rid of the pest. Then, when I also moved in, I had a gas issue. I was smelling gas throughout my entire apartment for over three months. I let the office know, and every time that the gas company came out to investigate. They were not able to determine where that gas leak was until later on. When I informed the property that Ive stayed in the property where they knew it was a gas leak I requested to have my unit switch

Deserves a ZERO. Worst property company to have ever taken over our complex. Staff rude and ignorant, wont even let you in the office, dont answer phone or return calls.They complete work orders without doing the work. Expect you to pay rent on time but leave you MONTHS without working utilities. Refuse to work with you if something unexpectedly happens and you need an extension because the unexpected is out of your hands. Make you pay for extra "perks", pool been closed, laundry units broken or dirty, valet doesn't pick up trash, pest control doesn't come, yet we pay for them monthly. They expect a 60 day notice if you are moving but only give you two weeks notice of your rent increase an lease renewal. Oh don't even try to call emergency line at 3am for something, you will be ignored unt

I am third party vendor who works with Meadow Wood. They are fast and responsive especially Nevada! They help us keep the pools blue and DOH compliant at several properties. Very grateful for such responsiveness! It's rare to find in property management companies but these guys do a great job. Highly recommend.

‼️‼️ PLEASE READ, AND SHARE ‼️‼️ I have been dealing with Black MOLD in my apartment getting worse for almost 3 weeks now. Maintenance has only come out TWICE! First time they turned my unit back on which i previously had TURNED OFF due to moldy, musty smell. Second time they came they took only MY vent in my room and left the others because they couldn’t pry them out the ceiling. Meaning they left my room fully exposed to mold! My room smelled so bad even with me covering it with a plastic bag. Countless calls to emergency maintenance has failed. Calling the property manager FAILED because apparently Candace was never a part of the conversation and blamed Dria (property manager) for approving the requests and not getting back to us. My experience with Meadow Wood Property Company, specifically at Terra at Collington, has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing housing experiences I’ve ever had. After being fully approved under the previous management, I was provided with a welcome letter, move-in date, and unit assignment. I paid $200 in application fees, set up utilities in my name, and registered my children for school. Once Meadow Wood took over, the communication completely stopped. I called and emailed for weeks with no response. I was never informed of the management change. Kate Gallego, the on-site leasing agent, was particularly unprofessional.
