Premier Management does not care about the tenants. My Air conditioner broke on Saturday. I contacted our property manager right away. Sunday morning maintenance brought a portable air unit that can only be put in my bedroom window. It's 92 degrees right now with heat index of 100 plus. This portable unit doesn't do squat when it's hot and extremely humid. I'm disabled and have asthma. They won't put a new unit in today because they don't want to pay maintenance for Sunday. I was told this.

I have lived here since 2009. Since the new owners took over it's been hell. We now have German roaches, fleas in the yard, black mold has been found multiple times in multiple apartments, and there is structural issues to a point of drywall expanding away from planks inside the wall creating visible seams on ceilings and walls.

The management runs this place like a slumlord. She avoids anyone who complains about needing repairs. Currently, the entire place is infested with German Roaches, and they are not properly treating the buildings to deal with the problem. They are only treating the individual apartments that complain. On top of it, there are lots of tenets that have very dirty apartments and animals that you rarely see taken outdoors to use the bathroom. If you have to try and live here, only do so as an absolute last resort. The woman that manages this place Marcy also has her own rentals of her own that would also have to be in the same condition as these based upon her conduct as management here. My apartment is really nice and the other tenants for the most part is very friendly but leasing manager does absolutely nothing about complaints regarding the unit or ignorant,disruptive a** neighbors.I can’t wait to get out of here

Showed up for a walk through the tendants are very kind and the grounds were very clean.
