i would recommend not moving here, the management picks and chooses, who gets what and when, alot discrimination toward certain people. Rules change according to who the tenant is, complaints are disregarded again according to who the tenant is. Alot of hud rules and regulations not followed and broken (under the table.) Utilities are not included and nyseg is very expensive, they dont appreciate good tenants thats why alot of people move from here. Capital realty the owners have no idea what really goes on here because they barely ever come to property and they also disregard complaints from certain tenants, very bias!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE , THE RULES / LEASE AGREEMENTS ONLY APPLY TO A SMALL SUM OF PEOPLE. SOME CHILDREN ARE TRULY A REFLECTION OF THERE CARE TAKERS USING RACIAL SLURS & VIOLENT. LASTLY , MAINTENANCE STEALS & GOES THROUGH YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS WHEN YOUR NOT THERE . DO NOT MOVE HERE !
Do not move here. I am a 62 year old person ,disabled ,in poor health .Looking to relocate .I called this development numerous times,emailed,cannot get a return response .One work to describe this place .Incompetent
My daughter wants to move there but they seem to be always full.
This place used to be nice, with different ownership its a hole in the wall now.
