I've been a happy resident of Meadow Oaks Apartments for almost two decades now, and my positive experience has been remarkably consistent throughout that time. The management has always been responsive and helpful, and the maintenance team continues to be quick and efficient in addressing any needs. The community has remained well-maintained, and I deeply appreciate the peaceful and comfortable atmosphere that has made this feel like home for so long. For anyone looking for a stable, reliable, and genuinely great place to live in Rainbow City, I wholeheartedly recommend Meadow Oaks.

I’ve been living at Meadow Oaks apartments about 4 years. It is a great place to live. It’s quiet and peaceful and I know if I need anything it will happen sooner than later. Terri Flowers is our new apartment manager and she is exceptionally great! She is making great changes and it doesn’t do unnoticed.

I have been living in Meadow Oaks Apartments for 5 years… Over the few years I’ve stayed there. I’ve been pleased to be a tenant on property there. There has also been several property managers and multiple maintenance individuals. A lot of changes has been made and more has gotten done since Terri Flowers has been property manager. She’s always reachable and quick at handling things in a timely manner! I’m excited to see what more Meadow Oaks Apartments has to offer meanwhile I’m there!

I moved here February 2014 when I first moved here I really enjoyed the complex until it start going down it was hard trying to get things done like getting appliances fixed but now the new property manager which is Miss Terry flowers is making a lot of improvements like getting the complex back to where it is livable. There is still lots to be improve but I believe overtime this will happen. As a senior citizen resident I enjoy the peacefulness that I'm looking for.

I have lived at Meadow Oaks apartments my whole life. This place is all that I have ever called home. And I have loved it. The neighborhood is very safe and children friendly, there is a playground and pool as well. The club house is open for parties to rent out and even has its own grill. The manager is always helpful and trying to improve the apartments everyday! It is a great place to reside and come home too!
