It sucks here they've been terrible forever but now since they've changed ownership it's worse I haven't had hot water in 5 days I spoke to someone last Thursday said they're waiting on a part 🤯 in the middle of the winter during a storm y'all best excuse is waiting on a part.. little did I know that was just to buy them time now it's someone else probably the number to the rental office no longer works... This is only one issue not to mention they've had no one come to shovel or lay down salt I fell down the front steps this morning luckily I'm fine

service is terrible, place is infested with roaches, they barely want to turn the heat on, you have to call them 100 times to get anything done. plumping is horrible. apartment is just dirty no matter how much you clean

Listen I got approved for a apartment on Oct 9 paid 900 suppose to been ready the last week of October / first week of November It November 15 and I have them on recorder saying that it would have be already by the 15th went there today for the lady to say we will start to fix it and we will call u Monday Unacceptable!!! Called the BBB and I’m getting a lawyer to get my security deposit back Looked at the apartment I have pictures that they haven’t did anything yet besides fix the broken window and that’s it I really need to move but I will stay in a room before I continue with them And the door was unlocked for two weeks while the homeless people were invading the place

Meadow Lane management is pleased to announce that the outdoor areas depicted in the two photos posted by briteidea08 have been completely cleaned out and are now excellent play/recreation areas. Thanks to briteidea08 for trying to bring this to our attention but we had already hired contractors to take care of the litter that trespassers left in the area. Also, we have addressed other issues identified by subscribers to this site and we are happy to report that Meadow Lane Apartments is well located and offers an excellent value for anyone looking to reside in the Baltimore metropolitan area.

The Meadow Lane Apartments have become the most outdated and one of the most dangerous apartment complexes in the area. Maintenance is severely lacking, with vacant basement areas that create unsafe spaces for young people and homeless individuals to gather. The dumpster corral is poorly managed, often surrounded by trash and broken glass. If you own a decent vehicle, think twice before moving here. The parking lots are in disrepair, and many neighbors drive damaged cars, which increases the risk of your own vehicle being harmed. It seems there’s no working phone number for the office, likely because they don’t want to hear complaints from residents or the public. The complex is probably owned by individuals or a board living out of state, if not out of the country altogether. Tragica
