I recently had an amazing experience with McLeskey’s maintenance team. They went above and beyond for me, especially in terms of customer service, timeliness, and professionalism. I’m extremely satisfied and thankful to all involved! Gio and Terry blew me away— they were prompt, communicative, respectful, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. (I also received a followup call from Gio within an hour of calling my property manager at McLeskey - so I’m serious when I say the entire team was ON IT and ready to help me from the jump!) It’s important to know that you can trust your maintenance team when you’re deciding on a rental property , and I’ll just say McLeskey has earned my trust & given me that peace of mind. And I really appreciate it.

Mona was truly a God send! We previously worked with a realtor for 3 months and found no where to live. Mona showed us 1 property that didn’t fit our needs, but managed to find one that did 2 days later! She knew exactly what we were looking for and made sure we found it! We’re truly happy to have met her. And even happier to be in our new home! I also want to shout out Lindsey for making sure everything we needed to take care of on the back was handled smoothly. Great company to rent from!

First of all would not recommend to a family with small children looking for a place. Secondly they took over 2 weeks to let us know information that we had already provided upfront. Third after “renter verification couldn’t be verified” you’ll get denied. Imagine needing a place to stay and because of a previous landlord who doesn’t really communicate or is poor at communicating makes you lose your opportunity of renting a new home for you and your children. Lastly, after all was set and done the house we applied to is still on the market now for 4 months no one has applied and they have the nerve to lower the rent by almost $400, and offer it as a winter rental as their last resort. Shame if I could give zero stars I would. Save your time, energy and breath. STAY AWAY. Would not recommen

Would not recommend for rentals. "Previous rental history could not be verified" they only faxed the rental office and then decided to call it quits. They were also provided a phone number and email which was not utilized. I emailed my rental office and recieved a response immediately as I alwayds do, so I know the problem was not on that end. After telling me they had faxed them numerous times with no reply they ask me to verify the fax, and miraculously my rental office recieved it and sent it back, but that was still a reason I was given for denial. The other reason was that my debt to income ratio was too high, but they would not include the bulk of my income because as a waitress I live off of tips. So are y’all planning on actually telling the residents of Colony Pines that you’re kicking them out to redo the complex? Or are you just going to keep up the surprise 60 day notices? C’mon.
