My sister closed with this company and said was one of the worst experiences she has ever had with any business ever. The escrow officer overlooked a significant financial detail and did the absolute minimum required for closing, so much so, that had she not read every document and questioned the taxes through her realtor just before closing, she would have been responsible for several thousand dollars the sellers should have to pay. When her realtor brought this to their attention, it was a stressful ordeal (the details of which I do not know) that placed the events of closing out of order- very confusing she said.
