If you have a previous rental history that is not good or low credit, please take the time to read this before you decide to apply. This place took advantage of my parents situation to get them to apply and robbed them. Heres what happened: i came across this complex while trying to find a home for my parents who are working to improve there credit, pay off debts, and fight a falsified eviction legally. When communicating with this office, i disclosed that my parents did not have good rental history 6 years ago and the situations they are currently experiencing. I wanted to share how impressed I’ve been with the maintenance here, especially Roberto. Every time I’ve had a service request, he has shown up, fixed the issue thoroughly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. He’s professional, friendly, and respectful, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and the property. Good maintenance can make or break an apartment experience, and Roberto truly makes a difference.

I’ve been living here for for 2 yrs and it’s been nothing but pleasant the maintenance is fast and helpful the office staff is caring and works with you. From where I moved from to here is a big upgrade every time my lease comes up I say let me look elsewhere but truthfully I love it here. Only thing I wish the gym had a stairmaster lol but all in all it’s nice and quiet .. And affordable nice 3/2 it’s been nice living here

I've lived here for about a year and honestly don't have much negative things to say. maintenance comes quick and are effective when resolving an issue! the staff in the office are very polite and DO solve or answer any question that you may have. the only thing is the visitors parking, they are very serious about that, and well they have their reasons for it. pest control comes on the daily so I cannot complain about any cockroaches, thank God. overall it is a decent place to live and would recommend. everyone has their own experiences and problems so I can only speak for myself.

These apartments have a nice community and the office staff are very welcoming, Bernice is very sweet as well as Barbara and the office manager Esmeralda! ALL THE OFFICE STAFF, love them!!! And the maintenance, Trey has been there for probably 6mnths and he is awesome, very friendly and very helpful. All the maintenance crew is awesome I just don’t know their names 😩
