I absolutely loved this place. Lived here over the past year. And it's so peaceful. You are right next to the park and levee. And the landlord is an amazingly nice guy. Never has he not went out his way to make sure I was okay. The maintenance guy lives on site and it's super energy efficient, don't use level billing as it's cheaper not to at this apartment , I kept the thermostat at 70 and my bill was never over 60 bucks. I will recommend this 100 percent

I love these townhomes. I've been on the waiting list for over 3 months. Keep your fingers crossed for me. 😆
