McKinley Park Apartments

I’ve lived here for a few months now and this is my first apartment. I really love it here, It’s very nice, relatively quiet and because it’s just my partner and I as well as our cats our two bedroom is perfect for us. Compared to other apartments we pay a very reasonable price and the staff are always willing to work with you and are very understanding.

we’ve lived here for nearly a month and it’s been a great experience through and through. management has been super helpful and responsive we report to chantra and all our requests have been quickly handled by maintenance and what not. we were on the fence as we weren’t sure about the area and other apartment complexes have more amenities to offer. the area has proven to be quiet & homey, i feel safe and it appears the staff has made sure to move in decent people. it’s the perfect little area i’ve yet to hear any disruption/commotion, the 4-way stop at the entrance/exit makes it perfect to get in & out quickly and safely. the trash is kept up with and parking is free for all, the spots can be a bit snug but it’s nice to not pay for parking and there’s always openings! we couldn’t beat a re

I have loved my experience here only down side is the pricing honestly. It’s way too high for a apartment with no amenities. I’d feel a fair price range for location would be. 800-980 especially since it’s such a busy intersection right in front of it. And the dumpster is constantly cluttered. But beyond that it’s a great stater apartment.

So far so good! Although we are very brand new tenants I am pleased with the companey and the unit. I was very hesitant about going back to apartment life and I actually didn't view the unit which is a big No no in my book but I had faith in the company and management to ensure I would be happy. I had a tragic family emergency happen and had to delay the move by almost a week and 1 day and the management team were very understanding. In the past I have had issues (about 10 years ago) with apartments NOT with this company or apartment and the staff I was able to fix it with legal assistance. So my fear of moving back to apartments was still there.
