McKay Manor

I have called several times over the last week, left a voicemail, sent an email, and have even text the number that keeps ignoring my calls just to send me a text to say text me but never responds. They have posted they have openings but cant get a hold of anyone to even apply. I see why the reviews are so low and they tlk about management like they do this is bad business and now i definitely dont want to stay here anymore. U guys wont be in business long and clearly know nothing about good customer service! You would think u would show more respect if i could give 0 stars i absolutely would. I dont even live there but i can only imagine what the tenants go through and ill tell any and everyone to steer clear of you all because i have definitely been asked about you.

Have lived here since they opened. Was really great at first, but way too much turn over in management both on-site and Corporate. Can't get ahold of anyone except the maintenance guy. They do not keep up with pest control, has not been done in over a year, and the security boxes to buz into the apartments aren't kept up at all. They might say that I'm just salty because Im a single mom of 4 and was just evicted but no, I have been irritated. I couldn't avoid the eviction because there was no manager to talk to at either site or Corporate level. Even an agency has tried contacting them on my behalf and was unsuccessful. And then after the eviction, they wouldn't even reconsider when there are places trying to help. But before chosing this place as your home, look at the BBB website under W

Basically a scam. You have maybe a 1% chance of someone answering the phone; voicemail always full so you can't leave a message. Submitted application early December and still no word. Told at time application was turned in that I should hear back shortly. There are/were units available at that time too so that's not the issue. Save your application fee and look elsewhere. Application fee should not be collected if they are not going to attempt to process !!

I WISH that I could rate their customer service, but I have yet to receive ANY!!! I wish they would have called me back in just 12 days! Beginning in May, I have been messaging them via the website Zumper....no response.
