McCrory Flats

Don't rent here! They don't do background checks. My daughter is a tenant and she's been waiting 4 months to get the ice maker fixed. Not too mention: the vacancy and eviction turnover rates are extremely high. The police arrested a tenant from his apartment the Friday before the snow storm. My daughter was without power for 3 days after the snow storm. The parking lot was a treacherous slip hazard. I've also seen water bugs when visiting. These are brand new. I can't fathom the fact they already have bugs!

I do NOT recommend to move here! The dumpsters are always over flowing. Trash scattered throughout the parking lot. Unsanitary! There are smoking issues throughout the property and the lease clearly states must be 25 feet away from building to smoke. Management has done NOTHING about it! Horrible place to live!

I applied for this property and submitted all of the required documents, including transcripts and verification forms. Despite explaining to Nicole Clarke that my school considers one class per semester as full-time due to the PhD program structure, my application was denied on the grounds of being “full-time.” There was no option provided for part-time status, and when I asked if additional documentation from my school could resolve the issue, I was told that the decision could not be elevated or reconsidered. What raised further concern is that after denying my application, I was referred to a “sister property” downtown with rent starting around $2,500 per month. Based on my experience, this process feels misleading and unnecessarily costly, especially since application fees are non-refu

Absolutely one of many worse complexes ever. You can’t do nothing here even though you pay bills. The apartments are raggedy even though they just opened. The cold water is hot and the hot water is cold…. Like do better

Audrey was simply amazing. We had a scheduled move-in date for September 10 at 5:15 2025 and when we arrived there was no lease contract sent to us and she was able to finalize our lease within an hour and was able to have our apartment cleaned and to make our transition as smooth as possible we highly recommend renting through Audrey. She even stayed an hour later than closing to accommodate our needs. She is an amazing Asset to McCrory flats. Give her a raise asap
