In case you're wondering who you're renting from, or if you're considering renting from this man... please read this before you make your decision. It might save you some trouble. As a single sole provider mom to a 3-year-old, I was searching for a 2 bedroom and saw that he was renting one in Worcester on Lovell Street. He met me to tour the apartment and accepted my letter of intent from RAFT, where then we paid $40 each ($80 total) for him to run a background check, to which he did to qualify us, then we all signed a lease online with a cosigner and he was paid $1650 (one month's rent) on Jan 1st while we waited for Raft.
