McCormick Greene

I have lived here for 4 years now. More so now than ever, I love living here. We have the absolute BEST manager and maintenance man who keep things running, no matter the day or time. The people who live here are great and everyone is friendly and kind. I’ve gained life time friends that are like family now. If you need help, there’s always someone here willing to do just that. On top of all of that, it’s very kid friendly! There’s an awesome playground and plenty of space for kids to play, run, and ride bikes. Plus it’s affordable, which is hard to find these days. I love it here at McCormick Greene and so do my kids.

The office personnel and maintenance were very helpful and knowledgeable about customer service. I could not have chosen a better place to call my home. I look forward to spending a long time here. This community was exactly what I was looking for. I love my new house. Thank you

This property is not well taken care of for only bein 10 years old. Management does not make sure apartments are move in ready she also rushed us thru the initial walk thru an brushed off any concerns we mentioned. Had to clean cat feces and urine out of the laundry room and began finding more issues within a day makin the apartment unsafe to live in with a child. Would not recommend this property.

Very easy to speak to about any questions or issues and maintenance is very fast at getting items fixed
