McClellan Park Homes

My family enjoyed our stay at the McClellan Park historic district rental property neighborhood that was a past military officer's home. All the neighbors were always very thoughtful, friendly, polite and quiet. Our rental was a huge two story home. The property management was always very professional and minor repairs where done in a timely manner. The property was well maintained even the laundry vent was cleaned so well I only had to run the dryer once for towels. The backyard was large with grass and a tree for shade. The basement was a nice touch for extra storage, along with the provided attached shed. The garage was large enough to fit our Nissan truck. My oldest son enjoyed riding his bicycle to airplane mechanic school at McClellan Park; but unfortunately that program did not work

Terrible ant and pest problem. Roaches. Old pipes. My toilet flooded and soaked my whole hallway. Twice. House has poor air conditioning. Poor installation. My son’s room is pointed towards the sun and his room gets close to 75-80 degrees. The ac doesn’t run to his room at all. The front office does not have any sense of urgency. Called the n about an emerge took them six days to call me back and an additional two to come out.rent extremely two high. Do not recommend living here

Very pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep of the property we just moved into. Management and maintenance was on top of everything. Thank you!

Friendly staff, always took care of work orders in a timely way. Clean, quiet neighborhood close to playgrounds

The tour guide was helpful attentive to my needs and answered quedtions I had about the neighborhood.
