Bought a great house with an amazing view, but we trusted our realtor for the name of an inspector and we were screwed. House was flooded and soaked the day we signed the papers. Were told it had been treated for termites (we are treating for termites now) and the drainage problem, but will now have a HUGE expense to correct the drainage problem. Not trustworthy. Needless to say, we have not heard from them since.

Steer clear of this group! They have no idea what customer service is. My wife and I were treated badly from the 1st phone call. We were told someone would represent us, but we were lied to instead. Sales person was extremely rude and the owner was NOT helpful. Will not work with them even if there is a super deal.
