MBM Engineering did a great job completing the Foundation Inspection on the house that I was purchasing. Fantastic service from the start. Inspections were completed in less than 24 hours after scheduling and the detailed report were provided shortly after that. Very impressive and thorough engineering assessment of our home’s foundation. Mansour was even able to schedule us within the same day due to a time constraint we were under to get the analysis done (due to a home sale). MBM does not do foundation repair work, so their analysis is truly independent and scientifically driven. The instruments Mansour used and computer analysis run was very thorough and detailed, and his report put it in language easy for us to understand. I’d highly recommend MBM for anyone buying a home to ensure there are no issues (a normal home inspection will not conduct this analysis) or if you are noticing signs of issues with your foundation.
