Lori Vlahopoulos did our settlement and was PHENOMENAL!!! She had a great sense of humor but more importantly, her knowledge and explanation of all the documents was out of the ordinary. My clients felt comfortable signing all documents because they knew why they were signing it, why it was important and why it was even in existence. I have been doing business with this company for over 6 years. I would never use another company for my real estate transactions!! The team here are by far the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable and they make sure they get the job done and work hard for there clients.. I would never use another company.. Giving them 5 stars is not even enough for Phil Blake and his team. He makes sure he goes above and beyond to make everyone happy.

I used this company for my original mortgage and again for refinancing. Both times, they have been professional and easy to work with and provided a problem free experience. I would definitely use MBH again if I needed to.
