Everyone I dealt with was professional and responsive. I had a warranty item that needed to be addressed and Shelby even contacted me after hours to make sure everything was working properly. Having dealt with a different builder in the past where turnover was high and addressing issues was frustrating, I cannot emphasize enough the value of working with an established builder. Mazzarino was the builder of our new home, and we can't be more pleased with how it turned out. 3rd party inspectors informed us that the quality of workmanship was very high, including the stucco work. We had a previous bad experience with inspecting an older stucco home, which requires religious maintenance to prevent mold in Houston, and Mazzarino completely changed our perspective on how it can be done right, even for this humid environment. The service is impeccable and professional. The workmanship for all elements of the house is top notch. The only minor complaint is that there were a few small details (i.e. misaligned wrought iron bases for the staircase handrails) at the blue-tape walk, but the constructor immediately addressed these issues.
