The property is always so well maintained—landscaping is beautiful, the buildings are clean, and everything is kept in great condition. You can really tell the management team takes pride in keeping the community looking its best. What really sets Mayfair Flats apart, though, are the fun events they host for residents. From seasonal get-togethers to food truck nights and game events, there’s always something happening. It’s a great way to meet neighbors and feel like part of a real community. Highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and active place to call home!

I’m so happy I chose to live at Mayfaire Flats almost two years ago! Not only is it a prime location but it’s a beautiful community. I also have a dog and there’s multiple places to take him for a walk. There are two pools, amazing gym, and other beautiful common areas to work or hangout. Being minutes from shopping to the beach, what else could you need? Don’t look anywhere else. This is the place!

The property management and maintenace staff are really nice and have always gone over and beyond when we needed anything. There are lots of nice apartment communities but the management here separates them from the rest. It is far enough away from Military cutoff so you do not hear road noise, two pools, two club houses, a gym, dog park and it is a very neighbor friendly community.

Just finished touring the community with Paige. She was very helpful and took her time with the showing of the apartment and all the amenities that are offered. You can tell she loves her job! We loved the complex and are excited to move in!

My husband and I absolutely loved living here when we did. Very friendly, thoughtful, and welcoming office staff. The maintenance is quick and the maintenance team is also a pleasure. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!
