I really enjoy living here. I've lived here for just over two years and the whole time I've had good experiences. The neighbors are polite and quiet And pleasant to talk to. Most of the time everyone cleans up after their pet and the Landscaping is very nice. When things are broken it doesn't take more than a week for maintenance to come out and fix it and the office is very friendly and polite. I would honestly recommend any of my family members to live here. Fantastic experience!

Scheduled a tour using their website. Received a confirmation email and drove 2 and a half hours. 2 hours before my appointment received an “Your appointment begins soon” email. I arrive at the place and call the leasing office only for them to tell me that 1.I would have to go to their leasing office which is located at a different property and 2.They don’t have any units available to show at Mayfair anyway. If you don’t have any units available why did I receive two separate emails confirming the tour for Mayfair? If these are automated that is really terrible practice and they shouldn’t use the wording “confirmed appointment” in an automated message if there is not actually a human monitoring the appointments scheduled ON THE PROPERTIES OWN WEBSITE.

Apartments are pretty nice they have some ups and downs with them. I mean beginning with the price it's was to high for the quality of apartment. Old appliances not new like listed. Parking lots are not very lit to well. Strangers linger in the hallways that don't reside here. They only care what the front units like the the decks up front look great while the back ones are all chipped up and green looking just look disgusting. Also paying the same? Doesn't make sense to me. Overall decent looking apartment but they need upgraded big time especially charging over 1200 dollars for a 2 bedroom apartment.

I have lived here with my family for 1 year. The neighbors are nice, friendly, and welcoming! The management team is less than desirable. This company is worried about getting their money, but does not want to invest money into doing the proper repairs needed in all the units. Imagine hearing your next door neighbor walk down the hall and it sounds like they are walking down your hall or mice in the ceilings, but it gets better...the cable guy comes to install cable for a neighbor and falls through your bedroom ceiling. The attic had fiberglass insulation and the fiberglass particles spread throughout your apartment. It took over two months to fix the foot and a half hole in our ceiling and never once did this company offer to put us in another unit while the repairs were being done. They

I would not recommend this apartment complex. My fiancé and I have been trying to work our living situations with these people for the last two weeks. Once the application is processed and you spend well over $300 for security deposit and additional fees the leasing agents are then able to pry into your personal information such as criminal background and use it to discriminate against you. This wouldn't be a problem however if they would be upfront with you in the first place about the extent of which a criminal background holds merit. We called and specifically asked about criminal record inquiries and were told they do not care about prior convictions. If we knew this prior, we would not have applied. My fiancé made a mistake years ago with a petty possession charge and is not by any m
