To the point- they rush the completion of each home over quality because they are more interested in getting the money for themselves and their investors instead of providing a good home to the buyer. Yes, things will be covered by warranty but I kid you not…I’ve had 53 repair appointments! FIFTY THREE!! Some items took several appointments and others took one or two. Many no-shows of the sub contractors and many things FCB tries to gloss over as “okay”. If I weren’t retired there is no way all of the items would have been completed because who has that much time they can take off from work?! Words of advice, do not close without them correcting the main issues you identify. Otherwise you’ll be like me who had the flooring actually say to me - “People think they’re gonna get level floors b
