Maye House

I toured Maye House with Amanda, the property manager, and she couldn’t have been nicer. She greeted me warmly, took her time walking me through the building, and answered every question with genuine care. It was clear she takes pride in the community. The property itself is stunning. It sits right on South Temple, one of the most historic and beautiful streets in Salt Lake City. The location gives you the best of both worlds just steps from downtown restaurants and shops, but surrounded by classic architecture and mature trees. Inside, everything feels thoughtfully designed. Overall I’ve really enjoyed my time at Maye House. The beginning was admittedly VERY VERY bumpy, but the on-site team was easy to communicate with and we were all able to come to an understanding, it’s been smooth sailing since then. I’ve really enjoyed meeting everyone who lives here, love having covered parking, I’m very excited about the new BBQ grill outside, the gym is great for me in a pinch, and I love the character of the building. The location is perfect for me to walk downtown for work or take a walk in the Avenues. Would definitely recommend!

Taylor and Porter make living at Maye House such a smooth and enjoyable experience! They truly care about the community and go above and beyond for the residents. If you’re looking for a great place to live, Maye House is the perfect spot. The apartments are beautiful, high-quality homes in the best location. And having a team like Taylor and Porter there makes it even better. They’re professional, kind, and always willing to help. Highly recommend!

i’ve had such a great experience moving into the Maye House! Everyone has been incredibly kind, welcoming, an helpful throughout the entire process. Abbey especially has been great and i truly feel like everyone cares about making sure residents feel supported and happy here. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more positive move-in experience :)

Please note that I am a vendor, not a resident. The team over Maye House has excellent communication and dedication to the community. The location is a superb site downtown nestled on the corner of 500 e and South Temple. This area provides downtown access with a quiet and relaxed Avenues feel. The units themselves are retrofitted to combine an industrial esthetic, calling back to the historical notes of the prior architecture, with light wood tones and stainless steel appliances, creating a pleasant and calm atmosphere. If you are looking for a spot downtown with quaint charm managed by an amazing onsite team please consider Maye House!
