READ THIS BEFORE DECIDING TO RENT HERE Pros: 1. The apartment is visually appealing compared to others in the area 2. The appliances were new 3. The Filipino virtual assistant (Angel) and the super (Geraldo) were kind Cons: 1. Safety: During my time living here, car tires were stolen from the parking lot. 2. Noise: There were ongoing noise issues — yard parties past 4AM from a neighboring building, dogs frequently crying in surrounding units, neighbors yelling inside their apartments, and loud music being played in the day and night. Even after police were called multiple times, the issues continued. 3. Cleanliness: I frequently encountered cleanliness problems an overflowing dumpster, swarms of termites (many came inside the unit through cracks), mice, etc. 4. Security deposit: G
