Despite the challenging weather conditions, we successfully moved last week, and the apartment we moved into is absolutely perfect. The staff, Keith and Isabelle, were incredibly responsive and helpful, making the move-in process much smoother. The views are amazing with snow, and the apartment is in good condition just very little details. We truly appreciate the flawless move! 🫶🏼😊 hopefully everything gets better with the weather and power outage ❄️¡stay safe people! ✨

I had a great experience working with Isabelle during my move in process. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming from the start. She answered all of my questions and made sure everything was clear and easy throughout the process. Her positive attitude and great customer service made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy.

I had the pleasure of meeting JB last week for a property tour. His customer service really stood out. He was welcoming, knowledgeable and made the entire experience enjoyable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and have me feel genuinely valued as a potential resident. He's truly deserving of his promotion and will do amazing!

Maxwell luxury apartments is a beautiful place to live. My one bedroom apartment has just enough space with large windows and pleasant neighbors. Keshaun is very professional to work with and made the approval process really smooth for me. Keith handled all my affairs and got me into my new apartment in no time. It’s still a dream come true to live in Maxwell after watching them be built just a few years ago. My new home is truly my favorite place to be.

I am currently feeling violated in my own home due to repeated interactions by a specific maintenance worker at this apartment complex. The most recent incident occurred on 3/4/2026, when a maintenance worker named Dillan entered my apartment for a maintenance check while I was naked in my bathroom. I have complained to Maxwell about this maintenance worker before. After the first incident, I specifically requested that all maintenance entry occur when I am home or that I receive a call before entry. Despite this request, the same maintenance worker continues to enter my home to complete maintenance tasks. While he appears polite on the surface, in private while completing maintenance tasks he makes me feel uncomfortable in my home. On 3/4/2026, I heard someone entering my home and saw
