Maxim Realty Group, LLC

I don't recommend this realty group to owners or anyone leasing. Staff are rude, inconsiderate, and discriminate. Homes from this realty group are always seen on Zillow for over 90 days probably due to staff negativity. Inconvenient business hours. This realty group provides detrimental business practices. Deceptive or misleading advertising, poor services with unmet shady dealings.

They have cheerful and enthusiastic staff. They support tenants in 3 languages: English, Spanish and Vietnamese. They always have maintenance men for the houses being rented, so customers do not need to worry about repairing the equipment in the house.

I have rented with Maxim for a short time so far. It took 3 weeks, multiple duplicates maintenance requests, and an angry phone call to get the property even up to safety code. I took keys to the property and there were no covers on many outlets/switches, rotting food on the counter, no blades on fans, lockboxes still on doors, etc. I was given some story about how the owner was trying to self maintenance and now Maxim was stepping in to finish it. The next maintenance request I submitted just got me a call from the owner talking about how I need to fix stuff myself since I'm living there now. Not sure what role Maxim is playing if they are not doing any maintenance or anything and just passing everything to the owner. So far, my dealings with Maxim at this property have felt very unprofe

We have a couple of rental properties managed by Maxim Realty Group, and they have done an outstanding job. Their team is professional, responsive, and truly takes great care of both the properties and their client. We’ve had peace of mind knowing our investments are in good hands. Highly recommend their services!!

Setting myself up with this business is a no brainer. Staff are outstanding. And was treated like a human being.
