The gentleman we had to service the inspection for the house we were planning to buy at the time, was Josh. He was excellent in providing explanations and was very thorough in the inspection. He was able to catch when the seller was trying to cover up black mold in the house. He is our savior, we wouldn't have known without him and their services. Plus they are on call to answer our questions and are up to date with us throughout the service. It's thanks to their team and amazing services they we are able to keep our family safe. We highly recommend their services to our friends and family.

Max Cheang was extremely thorough and professional. We ended up buying a foreclosure, and have rapidly been repairing the items listed that Max found in his inspection. The notes and pictures were very helpful. He even went above and beyond to help us after the inspection when we had a question about one of the findings. The price offered was the best in town. Our family would easily recommend him in the future.

Max did a great job inspecting, but more importantly he took the time to explain all of his concerns to me, and showed me basic operating instructions on the few things I was unfamiliar with. The "heads up" on things to keep an eye on, and instructions on the easy fixes were also very valuable. I certainly will recommend National Property Inspections in the future.
