⚠️The place is infected with rats and roaches that live in the walls. The landlord has holes dug up all around the house and adds food in the holes when you oew rent. They put spoiled food in the rooftop leaving a horrible smell and fruit flies & bugs will soon fill your apartment. When you see the guy on the roof thats who is putting spoiled food in the selling top. If they exterminate the house it brings all kinds of roaches instead of getting rid of them. Because they don't like exterminating. The bathtub & sink floods with feces from the other apartments because it's the last house. They are quick to run to court to evict you leaving you with court fees no matter what happens. They are nasty when you try to talk to them about a problem with the property. They take too long to come out and fix broken things in property. I got a current leak that’s been going on for 2 months now and they keep deleted the work order saying someone will be out but no one has showed up. Mold is growing under sink. Also the water bill here is extremely high. More than a house and I’m in a 3 br apt paying nearly $300 a month for water. No one in their office thinks that’s an issue. They haven’t come out to update the property. Paint is peeling off the outside walls. If I can get up and move right now I WILL. Certain people in certain areas get different treatment!

I've been renting with this landlord for over 10 year's and he's a great person to rent from. They work with you and Katrina is a very pleasant and understanding person.Thanks guys
