Maverick Trails Townhomes

I lived here for 10 years and loved every minute of it! The office staff are incredibly nice and helpful, maintenance staff work thru orders quickly (and even taught me a thing or two about maintenance & repairs!), and all of my neighbors were friendly and respectful of everyone around them. The only complaint I’d have, and I’m really digging for this one, would be that the entrance/exit to the neighborhood is in a school zone so plan accordingly during school hours. If ever I were to move back to the area, Maverick Trails will be at the top of my list for consideration! Thank you so much for a decade within a wonderful community!

I have lived here for 2 years now. The maintenance is not good. I had a leak in my laundry room. It was so bad I got mold in my house.Maintience supposedly fixed my problem. They never fixed it. They just covered it up. I would move but I can't afford it. We recently started getting roaches. Mold is in every a/c vent

I have resided at Maverick Trails Townhomes for four years and have had a consistently positive experience. The community is economically friendly, providing great value for the quality of living offered. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing environment. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The staff, Melissa and Jessica are always pleasant and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient, resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner. Additionally, I have not encountered any pest infestations during my time here, which speaks to the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Overall, I highly recommend Maverick Trails Townhomes to anyone

i grew up here, the rent was $750 in 2011. this place was nasty from the day i moved in, up until when i moved out in 2024. management is horrible no matter who gets fired and replaced it's just bad. there's a serious black mold issue that has been a problem SINCE 2011! the maintenance men never actually fix anything. it's always just a temporary solution. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TOO LMAO

We have lived here almost 2 years. Melissa and Jessica have always been helpful. If you have any questions they are there for you. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. They watch out for you and are there for you. The maintenance guys, Mike and Michail are always so courteous and professional. If you put in a order for maintenance, they are there almost by the next day, and have come on the same day. We enjoy living here and haven’t had any problems. Martin & Cathy
