Maverick on Maurine Apartments

Loved my stay here! I was returning from a deployment and reached out to them through the website. Kassi reached out to me and was very responsive and easy to work with. She fixed any issues I had with the property immediately and was great to work with through the move in process. The washers/dryers always worked and the laundry app never gave me any issues. This place is a hidden gem for military, 8 min drive to base and 10 mins to downtown. Highly recommended 👌🏾

Me & my husband moved from MI so we didn’t get a chance to see it in person but Kassi went above and beyond for everything we needed. When we finally made it she accommodated our early arrival and addressed anything we needed to be tweaked VERY fast. The entire staff is great, friendly and you can tell they not only care but enjoy caring for the residents here. I’ve stayed places where the management obviously didn’t care but that’s not the case here. The units are spacious, comfortable, & beautiful. The other residents are nice & it’s overall pleasant to be here. I’m really grateful we found this place & took the chance without seeing it in person. This is the best place I’ve ever lived, hands down & I’ll recommend staying here to anyone. 10/10 ❣️

I am delighted to share my positive experience living at Maverick From the moment I moved in, I have been impressed by the exceptional amenities, attentive management, and overall sense of community that this apartment complex offers. I love the responsive and Friendly Management. Kassi deserves special recognition for her exceptional service. Shes always prompt in addressing any concerns or maintenance request, ensuring that the living environment remains comfortable and hassle-free. Her friendly and approachable demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere, making residents feel valued and heard.

I'm a preferred vendor at this property, and I can't say enough good things about this beautiful property, and the Staff! The renovations are mind blowing! They have done an amazing job on this renovation and the units are like new! The Manager and leasing agent are well seasoned professionals and are very knowledgeable in their field. They also have a dedicated maintenance team!

Kassi is an amazing Property Manager. She handles residents and vendors with respect and professionalism. Maverick on Maurine is blessed to have staff that truly has a passion for serving others. It overflows into the relationships they have in the community! Thank you for being so AMAZING
