Maven at Wheaton Apartments

My husband and I have been living at Maven Apartments for two years, and we truly have no complaints. The community is always very clean and well maintained, which we really appreciate. The staff is always a call away and super friendly!! It’s also extremely accessible and easy to get around. We love the location and how close it is to the mall, stores, and major highways. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and we’re very happy here.

The Leasing Team at Maven@Wheaton are AMAZING!!!! Due to employment we had to move from out of state. They made the application process painless. On top of that, when we came into town to tour the complex and as we expressed our needs they went out of their way to make sure that they were met. The location to shopping and the Metro Link can’t be beat. They have a loading dock / freight elevator that made moving in a breeze. If I could do more than 5 stars, I would.

Where do I begin. I came in here as a young man 3 years ago trying to figure it out, out of college. I moved from my home in Philadelphia, to one I didn’t expect to be an almost better one from home. I took a lot of risk moving to another state, but this apartment and staff made me feel welcome and like family. Whatever I needed done, everything was responded to with quickness and alertness. Shout out to Yeimi for giving that big sister energy at times when I needed it. Shout out to Bonita for staying on me and making sure whatever documents I needed were given or signed. I’ve been a resident since October 2024 and I have no complaints. The management team are phenomenal. They are honest and clear with all that entails renting here from the base rent to parking fees to renewal process— all straightforward. No hidden gimmick. I’ve had the pleasure of working with each and every member of Maven’s team and all offer excellent customer service. I have been living at Maven for a couple months and have enjoyed my experience here. The management team is helpful, accommodating, and very prompt at addressing maintenance requests. The location makes it super convenient for me, public transportation is nearby as well as the mall within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free living situation in Wheaton.
