There’s not a finer group of people than Mattingly Ford. I have closed numerous deals with them, and it always goes very smooth. They communicate very well, and they have reasonable closing costs. I would highly recommend Russell and his team.

I closed on a home I sold today at the office in New Albany. Sharon Decker closed the transaction. She is a relative of the buyer in the real estate transaction and that was not disclosed prior to my arrival or I would have objected. The entire transaction was catered to the buyer and borderline unethical. Sharon put my seller forms in a pile and gave little, to no explanation when I asked questions. I didn’t receive a settlement statement prior to closing or I would have noticed the errors on my side of the disclosure. I'm shocked that they were going to write ME a check for the proceeds as if there was no mortgage company involved. That has to be a MAJOR miss.
