Matt is absolutely amazing I wouldn't go through another company he's always been very helpful never a time I've had an issue that he couldn't fix I see a few negative reviews on here and I just want to let everyone know I've rented from Matt since 2015 and never had any such issues he's always been willing to work with anyone having issues as long as u communicate with him as for deposits I received my deposit back with no problem I think the issue with that is people are just bad renters and slummy people clean the homes leave em the way u rented them and u won't have a problem getting your deposit back.... I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area over any other real estate business.....

We moved out June 16, 2025 and I deep cleaned the house for 2 days and my husband mowed and cleaned up the front yard and took the fridge and baby gate out. Our backyard was flood but we weren't even able to go back there because of snakes! So some wood and patio furniture was left back there.
