WARNING BE AWARE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. I haven’t even been here a year moved here with my 3 kids. And let me say the day of move in my apartment was a mess roaches invited me in the apartment like they pay rent. Remind you I pay my rent In FULL. I just bought a new car. And my car was STOLEN! This is not the first vehicle stolen because we have no gates so easy access. And they have no cameras to protect residents or the children. Because they are too cheap to care. It’s sick ! I hope these apartment get shut down real soon. They do not care about your well being or their residents. They steal mail here. They just don't care and it’s sad. I work hard for my money. UPDATE:** FEBRUARY 2026 My contract is over next month & its time to go because I've given this place too many chances.WARNING*****If you want to come home to a nice ,pleasant, peaceful, clean place with caring office staff & management. This isn't the place!!! Its loud,dirty,roach infested, dangerous, NOT GATED, no gym or any other amenities as advertised & mangement dont even TRY to resolve any issues to kake the community better..They are basically just here for a paycheck. You can have everything legit on your vehicle and it will still get towed. The cars here are being towed & its wrong & SCAMMISH.$300 wasted!!! They dont have posted signs saying no backwards parking but they will authorize a tow if they choose to. My daughter's car was towed with no warning & it cost over $300+ t

I asked the receptionist lady a question about an apartment & she frowned at me. She seemed to have an attitude today & was snobbish about answering my question. The other day I came in the office for a filter & she told me to come back later.When I went back she still didnt have the filter & still act like she forgot. After sitting & waitng with no acknowledgement/ update from her. I ASKED her again & she barely responded so I left the office to get the filter myself. ***Mr. B is a great maintanance man & maintanance has improved because of him. Manager is very knowledgeable. However, I am counting down the months until my lease is up because the pest just wont stay away & im traumatized.Plus, some upstairs neighbors are inconsiderate.

First and foremost I will say the management and leasing staff is an absolute pleasure. I can understand why some may be frustrated but a lot of times not only is there over exaggerating but it’s not directly their fault. The improvements go unnoticed and is looked over. Their hard work early mornings and late evenings are also not recognized. I’ve seen maintenance also working hard to answer calls day in and day out. Grace is necessary and I’m thankful I didn’t go off of reviews alone. Keep up the great work! Control what you can and keep pushing to improve where necessary! Thank you all!

Yes, I can explain what happened. There was a woman named Margarita, the office manager, who behaved very deceitfully. About a year ago, when I had just moved into that apartment and did not speak English well, she took advantage of my lack of understanding. The girl who had introduced me to that apartment became my roommate, but unfortunately, without my knowledge or permission, Margarita made me the primary leaseholder. I had clearly told her that I did not want that, but she used my limited English to manipulate the situation. Later, my roommate left the apartment without informing me, and when I asked about it, Margarita refused to give me clear answers and treated me very disrespectfully.
