Matrix Hudson

June and Corey are amazing! I haven’t rent in the past 22 years and they made the process so easy, I looked at 3 different places before choosing the matrix, The place is amazing, super clean, great neighbors, in general I couldn’t ask for a better place!!! The Maintenance crew is super responsive, fix things right away, you have the choice of a garage, I don’t have enough good words to describe this place!

Matrix Hudson was a great place to rent for a year when we were new to the area. While a bit pricy it does seem to be worth it. Hudson is a great place to live and June and Corey are great. No major issues in our time living there. We like the new maintenance folks and they did a good job helping us out. Good spot for individuals, couples, and families! The events also seemed fun although we didn’t get a chance to go to very many. Couple of minor downsides/places for improvement: trash is a bit inconvenient. Visitor parking is kind of far away. Our fridge didn’t make ice and we couldn’t get it fixed (with the old staff). Overall though these are small nitpicks and didn’t take away from our enjoyment of the place.

I knew when I wanted to elevate my living situation, that Hudson was the place for me to go. When I did a Google search The Point at Hudson was the first to pop up! I called right away to set up a tour, Corey answered, "It's a beautiful day at The Point at Hudson, with whom do I have the pleasure of speaking today?" - could you ask for a more perfect greeting?! After seeing the facilities and the model apartment, I was in love. And I'll tell you, The Point at Hudson was THE ONLY apartment I looked at in my search! I knew right away - this was going to be my new home. The move in process was breeze - thank god for the elevators! Being greeted by the other neighbors and their pets (I have two cats myself, so I opted for the pet-friendly building) was so welcoming and warm! I instantly felt l

I enjoyed my time at Matrix Hudson and wish I could stay longer. Not only is the apartment great, but the community and events they host are awesome. They have contests, holiday parties, and even brought in food trucks multiple times. Working in Worcester on some days, it was also a super easy commute right down 290. Both Corey and June at the leasing office were always great and easy to work with. Both of them and management do a good job keeping the community clean and if need be politely reminding residents of community guidelines. The maintenance team here is also great. They were so quick to help solve any issues, where it wasn't unusual to submit a request and get a call shortly after to see when they could come help or fix anything. As a current resident I can't say enough about the excellent service I receive at Matrix Hudson. The property is well maintained, my apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the staff are second to none. The property manager, June has been here since I moved in several years ago. She is courteous, caring and efficient any time I need her support. The maintenance team has also been top notch whenever I need something attended to. June and the team have made this place a home and I can't recommend it highly enough.
